Policy
My paintings are “gallery wrapped” which means that the canvas edges are wrapped around the stretcher and secured with staples at the back, this way the painting can be hung without a frame. Most of my paintings arrive wired and ready to hang with a certificate of authenticity. The edges are painted in a matching color. You can of course frame the painting if you wish, but it isn’t necessary.

Shipping
I offer shipping worldwide. Orders are shipped within 3 business days after I receive your payment. The paintings will be packed and shipped professionally. International orders are welcome!
Approximate Shipping Times:
Domestic Shipping: 5-14 business days (Mainland U.S.A.)
Europe: 1-4 Weeks
Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 3-6 weeks
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.
COST OF SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping: The price shown on the website includes shipping for all paintings listed under “Small” and “Medium” within mainland U.S.A.
Paintings listed under “Large” (48 x 60 in. and larger) will have a shipping fee added. For these larger paintings, you have 2 options: 1)The painting will be shipped in a crate on the original stretched canvas. I’ll let you know via email the cost based on where you live. 2) The painting will be removed from from the stretcher boards, and will arrive unstretched, rolled in a tube, to be re-stretched by your framer. This is the less expensive shipping option, although you would pay the cost to have it reframed.
*Additional Fees will be added if you live in Alaska or Hawaiii, please email me and we can discuss.
*Paintings that are heavily textured are only shipped in a crate or box.
*If you live within 30 miles of Atlanta, Georgia, Shipping is free for all paintings.
International Shipping: If you live outside of the U.S., there will be an additional shipping fee for all paintings.
Small and Medium paintings: You have these two options: 1) The painting arrives on the stretched canvas packed in a crate. 2)The painting is removed from the stretcher boards, and will arrive unstretched, rolled in a tube, to be re-stretched on a stretcher by your framer. This is the less expensive shipping option, although you would pay the cost to have it reframed.
Large Paintings: All large paintings (48 x 60 in. or larger) are removed from the stretcher bars and rolled securely in a tube as described above.
*Paintings that are heavily textured are only shipped in a crate.
*Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m also not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns
*I’m only accepting returns within mainland United States at this time.
Domestic Returns: I gladly accept returns with an email notification of your intent to return the painting within 3 days of the receipt of your order. Please contact me via email with the subject line “return” and write in the name of the painting and I will get back to you within 24 hours with return instructions.
*You need to ship items back within: 12 days of delivery, shipped securely in the same manner that it arrived (box, tube, or crate).
*Money back within 3 days after I have received the returned painting in original condition.
*Please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
*If you wish to make an exchange, I will ask that you return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction.
- Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
